HTC Desire S android phone now in the Philippines

Looks like HTC has made available the Android powered HTC Desire S mobile phone in the Philippines. Found it in one of the local shops and it’s priced at 22,000 pesos. The HTC Desire is an upgrade path for those who have the HTC Desire. One thing different that I’ve noticed is the presence of a second front camera — something that isn’t present in the original HTC Desire.

After a little comparison, the HTC Desire S has more RAM (768M vs 512M) and ROM (1.1GB vs 500+M ). The display is the same at 3.7 inches and a resolution of 800×480 pixels.
