You can use Blueman to connect your Nokia N95 to Ubuntu via bluetooth. If your mobile network allows you to connect to the Internet using your Nokia N95 (note there might be extra charges from your mobile provider), you can setup Ubuntu to share the Internet connection with others on your local network.
