Cell phone that unlocks car and starts engine

I just read this really high tech stuff you’d only see in a James Bond movie about a mobile phone that can unlock a car and start its engine when the owner gets near the car.

Really cool, too bad, we won’t see these stuff around in the near future but looks like it’s something that’s going to be a norm in Japan.
